COMMON DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION LICENSE (CDDL) Version 1.0

1. Definitions.

2. License Grants.

The Initial Developer hereby grants You a world-wide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, perform,
sublicense and distribute the Original Software (or portions thereof),
with or without Modifications, and/or as part of a Larger Work.

3. Distribution Obligations.

Any Covered Software that You distribute in Executable form must also
be made available in Source Code form under the terms of this License.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty.

COVERED SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

5. Limitation of Liability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE INITIAL DEVELOPER OR ANY CONTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

This license is the same as used by OpenZFS.
